Your read on arbitration in these 3rd world nations, seems to meat best hopefull.
My observation is that arbitration will favour local brothers over infidels. And time is on their side. they won't rush.
That alluvial tin farce, and the downsizing of staff has thrown a red rag to a bull. Think about it.
Sadly, we have to sit and wait.
