the has been plenty of independent media reports to say that the decision was a disgrace
their legal advise had to be saying that they the law on their side e.g Wayne Martin QC (now Chief Justice) advising that the appeal under s.111A was not legal
this is the time they are most needed by the company and personally would want no-one else dong the job
