What's everyones expectations on the value of proceeds if the DD is fruitful?
MRV held an estimated cash at 31 March 2015 of $4.8m ($5.7m at 31 Dec 2014 less estimated Q1 outflows of $0.92m) so there is no reason for there to be an equity component, especially if BSM want to pivot away from resources.
The book value of BSM assets were $3.2m so an amount of say $1.5m-$2m would be fair market value?
