Do some research on this stock and you will see this has been discussed ad nausem.
I think sovereign risk was described by someone called Jiggy or Jimmy888.
In your research you will note that RM has done a splendid job getting the locals on side so we won't get results like was seen at Goldridge (St Barbara).
In terms of corruption, if you bothered to do some research on HC about axiom threads you will see that this has also been discussed ad nauseum.
