Mmmmm... gold exploration in the "Democratic" Republic of Congo. Their last civil war was in 1997 - but the current situation looks unstable with many reports of armed groups and widespread abuse of human rights by both Government and insurgent groups. They are also exploring in Guinea - where the last major massacre by Government troops was just 6 years ago, with widespread reports of arbitrary arrest, torture and murder.
You know - I think I'll give it a miss - not just at the current 3 cents, but at any price.
