From memory, july 14 there were 29 centres reported with the growth of centres at 11% per month reported on growth till this time. Forward projections suggested 66 centres by march 2015
Fast forward to the present and there is a reported 62 centres in the usa and europe. A few centres from Canada or asia and the 11% growth per month of centre uptake seems to be holding.
