Not so sure IO will continue to recover ... and in any case the MS companies are more aligned with expansion rather than operations ... I would like to see the IO price recover more but the single trick pony (ie China) is sick. I believe this is a temporary halt in the MS carnage ... I still believe MAH wont make it.
