Mr Bouris you are a talented man but not superman.
At the maximum I estimate you are devoting around 15 hours
a week to TZ limited,drawing a salary of $450,000 plus
related part benefits including rental income to a related company
plus a marketing fee.That is not good enough.The current share price
is telling us so.
For TZ Ltd to move forward it requires a full time technology savy
business minded CEO.For the company to afford such a person
you must stand down and perhaps play a more overseeing role
as chairman for a much smaller fee.
Its obvious that a full time CEO can devote more time to take advantage
of current opportunities before they evaporate.I am sure you would rather
be remembered as a company builder not a wrecker.
It requires a signed petition from 10% of shareholders to have a board spill.
