Can you read Seth? Who said months? I said weeks at a time. Establishing site and prelims, demolishing, rewiring, flooring, ceilings, walling, new joinery, fitments, procedures, fitting rooms, shelving, making good, cleaning, commissioning and handing over. Alot of this work is done out of hours.
If you think they can do this in a day or two and not affect sales perhaps you are not so wise in investing as your avatar suggest
