The reason why the timeline to revenue to short is because, having been working in deep consultation with major technology partners for 1 year, one or more deals is in the bag IMO.

So why not release it now?

Well if they did, they would be giving up 10's of millions of shares in milestone payments, as the milestones have yet to be approved by shareholders. If you were them, would you announce anything now?

This is why they are so insistent that milestones will be met and major revenue is near.

Watch how it all suddenly all comes together once the milestones have been approved by shareholders and Brainchip is listed.

One only has to just look at the announcements, fantastic research posted here by Red Emperor, Stockrocker amongst others, and apply a little common to figure out what is going on here.

Wasn't that car demo due in 4-6 months since October 2014? Well that makes it Feb-April 2015. So what happened to it? Answer: Nothing IMO. We just won't hear about it until the milestones and Brainchip acquisition have been approved.

A little bit of experience in corporate strategies tells us all we need to know IMO.


You can bet that those institutions who have been buying here, are being presented more than us. So why aren't we being presented with such information as per ASIC and ASX guidelines? Simple - Brainchip currently doesn't come under those regulations (as it hasn't been acquired). It's a loophole. And you can bet those in the know are taking full advantage of it.
