I believe resolving the Hanglong issue is the next most important step, financing etc will follow.
IF china ,as has been suggested, do formally take on the shares, it will send a very clear message they are in .
There is strong asrguements saying internal chinese ore production needs around $80t and chinese will act to see not all local capacity goes under.
Just like we here are starting to look at here,more costly aussie locals have been speezed, but FMG and the likes are still out there.Lets not forget this IO pricicing game is hurting brazils vale and others.
To my knowledge the top holders (and we know who they are) have not been shifting
position, so the Han lon sagar needs to be finished.
Questions are will they depose of their 20% and who would take it up.
