It's colds and flu season..... unless you're just a troll bagging everything, here's a wee experiment for you to try.
When next you get flu like symptoms ie sniffles, cough, fever... you could follow the traditional drug taking path... ie take an over the counter medication for colds and flu. Chances are next week you will be at the docs..... sinus infection.... nasty! He will give you anti-biotics... well we all know anti-biotics kill everything.... so now you've got a yeast infection... aka candida. Win, win for the pharmaceutical company.
OR ... you could go the the health shop and get either one of these two over the counter homeopathic remedies.... Boiron Oscillococcinum Homeopath Flu Medicine or Pluton Homeopathic Cold and Flu Relief with Anas Barb.
Just follow the instructions..... throw in some vitamin C..... you probably have this already... pretty basic ... it's an experiment.... report back here with your findings.
