The only time a consolidation hurts shareholders is if the shares drop below 0.1c in the pre-consolidated value. That is, shares are 0.1c, 10 for one consol puts them back to 1c and they then fall even lower.
With AVQ after the consol they came back on at 16.5c (15 x 1.1c pre-cons) and are now 26.5c.
But I doubt PLV could pull that off.
