Interesting to note that Dingyi shares are up a fair amount in the last few months with the Chairman/majority owner, Li Kwong Yuk doing his first buying on market since October 2011.

From this report, it states that Chairman Li Kwong Yuk now owns 3.598 billion shares or 108.88%* of the issued capital..
There must be something behind Dingyi's sudden share price increase..
