I think you find that more supply will become available at a higher SP as holders understand the value of tenements on book and would be reluctant to sell at current prices. Have a look at either the daily and weekly charts as I think PLS would be difficult to short-term trade hence hourly charts may provide less information for identifying trends, entry and exit points.

On a weekly chart you may have a falling wedge with upper resistance and lower support converging. Possible breakout occurred today with confirmation over the next few days.

I would suggest to be careful in using charts for PLS as currently it's being driven by fundamentals (drilling results and possible permit approvals or expectations thereof).
