We have been fooled by the pre merger narrative & the independent expert report.
I must admit that they are "colourful" crowd....will be an interesting journey with many surprises.
Barely positive asset backing ,taking $865Ks debt into account.
No wonder this article Justin Beeton is selling at 0.002.
Things may improve with synergies & cost cutting , but I had far better expectations.....Will give them the benefit of the doubt.
