The question has to be asked why any new debt arrangement wouldn't be the subject of a separate announcement rather than buried in a quarterly. Given the size of market cap of the company such a deal would almost certainly meet continuous disclosure requirements - and the answer is, it's yet to be completed.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good few steps in the right direction but I can't see the share price moving too much until the ink is dry on the term sheet.
