Always a possibility but I would hope we can push higher before running out of cash, given cash looks like being sufficient for a while yet. I guess that's the wildcard nature of PYC. Stocks with upcoming trials are so much easier to time your investments in, e.g. VLA. PYC not quite the case but I guess none of us want to miss out after all this time if/when it does run or announce a deal that sees it gap-up sharply.
