Timeline thoughts...

Posted these thoughts in another thread but thought would start a new one to see what others thoughts might be on how they read the lay of the land from here so to speak....(sorry if u read twice)..

Personally think from about the next 2 - 3 weeks on we may start to possibly hear some movement from Mgmt. My logic, reading between the lines....

• April - Mobile OEM discussions done & dusted you would assume as from 29/4 Ann advising “Presentation of WBT’s multi-biometric system in North America is scheduled for May 2015.”
• So...April was Asia and US "scheduled" presentations from now.
• Prior Ann 12/3 advised re testing...“and is expected to be completed in June 2015”...(call me glass half full...lol) but that could be start June or anywhere from then. Testing would already be underway I expect, now details of where etc have been released & confirmed last Ann.
• “Phase 3 of the development program is scheduled for completion in August 2015.”. That's not saying roadshow(s), mkting / commercialisation etc (they are underway and separately reported in the 29/4 Ann) - just totally Ph 3! So expect all other ducks lined up prior to Aug (poss prior to June test results) so formal Ann(s) can be completed from anywhere, prior to start of Aug to anywhere thru then. If we actually read what Ph 3 outlines - 29/4 Ann:
• “Phase 3 of Development Program
  During the third development phase, WBT is focusing on:
  • Continuing to improve and refine the performance and usability of the multi-biometric system. WBT has identified a number of technical opportunities that when implemented are expected to see further improvements in system performance;
  • Arranging for independent validation of the technology through Purdue University, a world leader in biometric device analysis. Completion of independent testing will be a key step in confirming to commercialisation partners the competitive advantages of the system.”
• So, Ph 3 to me really is about the testing primarily. Some system enhancements - can be done in house I would think. The commercial discussions are already underway from some of their wording and the last bit underlined about really the testing just being a tick a box to the partners if completed successfully. The key wording there also is..."confirming...the competitive advantages of the system"! That is "advantages" of the system...not that it works or looks good or could work or could be developed further or needs this or that...."confirming....competitive advantages"
• That to me says partners may be comfortable with prototype, with in house testing of FAR, FTE, FRR etc and just want those boxes ticked but want the supposed advantages "confirmed" independently.
• So far historically NXR / WBT have always shown on time / budget and can't see why this will be any different. If anything, should these last few milestones flow smoothly then timeline could potentially be shortened or lengthened obviously, if there was any glitches. Not expecting any though personally as internal bench testing apparently hit all the main markers but will see.
