I had similar with a partially filled order on low volume traded stock.
EG put in a buy order for 7250 shares. 7245 got filled immediately, and 5 got filled next day.
1 fee for me (19.90 or whatever) but 2 actual trades, 1 of which was for a ridiculously low volume.
I assume the sellers sell order for the second batch got filled by 2 or more different buy orders.
It doesn't necessarily mean that intos are attempting to manipulate the price.
Although it could be....
