You should be extremely appreciative he spends 10 hours a week on this. I am not being sarcastic. He is a genuine businessman who has done it from the shoe laces up.
You need to get another asset to complement. One that knows supply chain and the people in it.
You have MB for the show, KT for the tech and you need a hardware guy or chick. One that know the the point and pitch.
Replace the third wheel, not the first two.
