Sad for the employees of VIENTO/affiliated companies, these poor people don't deserve to be out of a job and missing out on their last weeks pay and all their entitlements.
The big salary management deserve what's coming there way!
I wonder if ASIC will dig further to discover what really happened over the sale of HVLV to VIENTO. Something strange going on with that sale for sure, why on earth was the sale amount discounted 12 months later by $10mil? Why would someone do that unless they were worried about a bigger loss if they refused to discount the sale?
Did VIENTO not do their due diligence on HVLV or did former owner hide something from VIENTO. It all seems to be because of the big Wheatstone project HVLV keeps loosing money over, did former owner convince VIENTO project was more complete than it really was?
Something very untoward going on!!
