This updated EPCC contract, which has coincided with the issuing of the FERC schedule, can be seen as definitive confirmation from KBR‐SK that they can deliver on LNG's commitment to customers to deliver LNG by the end of 2018 (based on the FERC schedule and on the agreed early works program).
With EPCC terms and conditions, full scope of work and all supporting schedules and attachments now locked down, there can't be any obstacles left to final negotiation and signing of BTAs.
