There was a 300 000 share order placed at 61c just a minute before the after market auction closed yesterday of which only 50 000 shares got filled.
Then an hour later there is a substantial holder notice for Greencape Capital/ Challenger Limited outlining buying a 5% stake (7.5 million shares) in the month of April.
ASH shares are being hoovered up. Most interesting is that the buy up began on 15/4 well before the profit downgrade and the cheap shares. If they thought it was worth buying then, then its an absolute bargain now.
The ASH buy up is happening.
