We need to send a message to the directors that their proposed options plan is unacceptable, and the best way to voice your disapproval is vote at this month's AGM.

To vote online, simply click on Security Transfer Registrars. Use these simple steps to vote online:

1. Use your proxy form, posted out to you recently by Lucapa, to complete the Investor Login page.
2. Click on "Proxy Voting" in the menu on the right of your screen.
3. Enter your unique "Online Proxy ID" which is shown in the proxy form sent to you by Lucapa.
4. Complete the Online Proxy Voting form, submit and you're done.

Don't say "I'll do it tomorrow", vote now and you won't forget to do it.
