Dr, the board has been completely refreshed in the past 12 months. I had a long chat with Bruce McFadzean last week. I was very impressed by him. He joined the board for the right reasons, and brings enormous depth and breadth of experience to the company, in exactly the right areas that we need right now ie getting our graphite mine, in Africa, into production, ASAP.

In terms of runs on the board, it would be hard to find project-related criticism of management since the graphite project kicked off - don't forget this was only late in Q1 (Sept) of this year, and we are looking at drilling completed, met work done, resource announced, offtakes in place, high-level feasibility and PFS done, and my bet is project funding in place, all within 12 months (by Sept 2015). On track for construction to commence in 2016 and cash flow to commence in in FY2016-17.

As Farmer Hoggett said in 'Babe', "That'll do pig. That'll do."

Then we have some serious fire power in terms of cash flow to self-fund development of the gold and nickel assets, and whatever else we find in this very mineral-rich 5,800sq km tenement we have.
