Is there even a term associated with the milestones. I couldn't see any. Surely like the Performance Shares there should be a short period to achieve the VWAP milestones.
Then again maybe they are focused more on lining their pockets than building a sustainable company, which requires revenues and profits. Look at the quarterly no revenues !!!!
