if ASIC really wanted to have there way with cmq they would have of dealt with them.

i believe that they will work out a deal and cmq will get a slap on the wrist.

to many investors getting burned for them to think about.

having said that. if somehow they get a fasvourable result then the bad sentiment towards it will papourise.
