    No, actually. He's not.

    IF 67 people were to each purchase $15,000 worth of stock, then the total of the $1M would be raised. Simple maths.

    Mind, at 0.005, that would mean each of those 67 peeps would have then purchased 3,000,000 shares over and above their present holdings.
