I believe rtonna, that the idea is that people "may" purchase "upto" $15,000 worth of stock*, but are not restricted to doing so.

* This will all be dependent upon the terms of the SPP, of which I am presently unaware. As was stated elsewhere, the co. "might" let current holders also purchase smaller parcels of ~ $2K, $5, $10K. That tends to be the norm in this type of raising (imho).
