Not very familiar with the diamond exploration business but just by way of comparison...
Recent BDI presentation shows WA Block C1CB02 returning 23 diamonds at a total of 12.2 carats over 650m3. C1CB04A returned 141 diamonds at 54.5carats over 600m3.
PCP today returned 42 diamonds at over 1 carat from 6m3! Lets assume this is consistant (and we're not even talking about advance bulk sampling methods) throughout the field... and assume they have 600m3 = 420 diamonds at over 100 carats. Granted that average carat isn't as good...but its only early stages. Very crude method of comparison but it's the best I could find.
BTW. Where has vascoeblack dissappeared to? I'd be interested to hear his thoughts.
