Still pretty good news I feel
If the government follow through with this we will see a lot more demand come in from poorer working families because of the higher rebate, and higher income families will probably keep sending their children to daycare centers because there is no change to their rebate.
Although we will certainly see if GEM can take advantage of this and hopefully not be too affected by the increases in costs by the change in January 2016
