Ok so this is the capital raising that has been needed for a while. I've posted before that my guess is they need at least $1-$2m, maybe a little more if they really push the expansion of ES2.0 overseas. Problem was (and maybe still is?) that I can't see them getting this away at 10c+. At the moment the view of fund managers will be that PEH is just a sub scale roll-up consulting play with some tech upside.
That said, this should accelerate the progress overseas. One or two big contracts would significantly change the markets perception of PEH. Peter and Murray are impressive. They probably need to make some more acquisitions of consulting businesses to make that side of the business reach scale, but all upside is in ES2.0 Not a buyer yet but will continue watching.
