Without a doubt it is dependent on not having bad news regarding Nadolol. Even if the results aren't a big success Nadolol should work. But if Nadolol is shown not to work at all then the 11 cent target is out the window. All the target prices right now are based on those results. The one stating a sell at 2 cents is just assuming a poor result I am sure. It would take a laughable analyst to assume positive result on the INV trial and still recommend a sell at 2 cents.
