Agree...your research provides no evidence to prove your statements otherwise. Nothing wrong in having a family trust to protect your business/assets.
As forrestfield advised, none of your research covers or talks about the current updated movement and progression regarding the business.
You've made some poor decisions hoping to get rich quick and lost patients in the process because the "hype" didnt hit your desired target.
