Argo generally tracks the performance of its top 20 holdings, plus (or sometimes minus) a premium.
The best time to buy is when the price of ARG is at a discount to its underlying NTA (net tangible assets).
This is reported once a month by the company. It's up to you to decide when during the month it might be trading at a discount.
