Hawala, as explained by wiki, requires 2 brokers with shopfronts in different cities and x amount of liquidity in cash, similar set up (if not identical) to western union. This is easily understandable.
so, same with for DCC, can anyone please explain how money actually transfered and currency exchanged person to person, without banks????

1. how do i give money to airpocket in origin country?
2. how does airpocket send my money to another country and exchange the currency?
3. how does my partner extract that money from airpocket in destination country?
im kinda shocked no one can answer this: warren buffet rule "dont invest in what you dont understand"
