don't buy then.
Beam is totally diff division now than it was a year ago. Now with imarsat and telanore it solves the problem of relying on Irdium (which is greatest global coverage of all satellite players but low data speed and really suitable for voice, tracking or emergency info) and gives access to new high speed data markets. Obviously Telanore think beam is the best product out there on the market, so are pushing for Beam to make terminals for irdium so they can sell them through their disti networks worldwide, and the beauty for Beam is they get airtime comissions by become a satellite telco reseller.
tee has set up the aliances now it's just a matter of waiting the 6-12 months for the large deals to come through- those companies wouldn't have signed up if they didn't think Beam were a worthwhile product additon to their portfolio that would generate revenue.
Like CDR, the phone systems and IT services division takes a bit of time to get the business sorted, essentially CDR traded between 60c and $1 from 01 to late 02 before really moving up.
look also to SEN for product sales- their encryptors basically took a few years to gain market acceptance then boom in 2004, she went from 5c to be 90c about 16 months later on the back of a few deals....
It will be interesting to see if we get any more Services deals for PBX and networking equipment- those are the ones that show that area of the business is moving ahead.- we know Ian May has said the reasons for the delays and that they have worked around them, all business have hiccups, it's how they solve them and move on that counts.....
Right now we have a heavy downtrend...if you flip the chart 180 woudl you be buying now??? no way you'd be thinking a retraction is coming so wait for the retaraction to enter...so when is the bounce coming off the sell off.... I really don't know, but when it does it always catches everyone off guard.
Fear always works to make stocks get oversold and greed for overbought...funny thing is vol is normally higher on the greed and lower on the fear path- so where does that stock all go to???
