    I'm no expert Kashmira, but I imagine CBAs decision not to pass on the full rate cut to borrowers today, and to increase returns to savers, would be related to APRA threatening to put the brakes on investor lending. The banks are going to need to hold more cash reserves in the future, so they'll need to encourage us somehow to deposit instead of borrow!

    Personal debt related to property must be enormous, then again if you believe that it's all foreigners driving up the prices, maybe all that debts off-shore?
