You can not say that banks are a bargain here. They were during the GFC crisis. You have to remember that CBA for example has gone up more than 200% since its GFC lows. It has over stretched its historical moves. While resource stocks are still near their lows. Banks in general are not cheap here. The only one that is ok value at this level is ANZ. The rest I do not like. That is why I am putting all my money into resource/mining stocks and shorting real-estate/banking/health care/biotech stocks. Simple sector rotation going on. This happens on average every 7 years.
