    PRA has done amazing work in turning around the company. However, difficult task ahead is raising capital given the fact it already has nearly 500 million issued capital and another 900 million shares to be issued @0.001 for $900,000 convertible notes(loan) after general meeting.

    Consolidation would be a possibility at later stage.
