I personally don't think it will be administration. The titan executives have made ambiguous claims about projected earnings knowing that they weren't going to achieve those results and it's in their best interest to keep funding the company.
I do wonder how TTN haven't been challenged by the thousands who have lost large amounts of money I'll never know.
Even still, they are claiming they have had no lost time injurys. I spoke to some one who worked on one of their rigs in South Australia. He told me that some one from his rig had a back injury and that there was another personnel who had had surgery this year and many months off work. Yet a few weeks ago they reported to market they're loss time injury free.
How are they getting away with these fraudulent claims?
