PYL are working closely with Yissum University. Yissum are the ones gaining access to strains of cannabis from reputable seed dealers, likely through Holland's export programs and seed banks(not sure of the intricate details). Yissum then grows the plant from seed and into a mature plant. They harvest the flowers of the cannabis plant and extract the oil through various methods.
