Thats true "based on production" But I don't think they will allow it to get to that point so then the 20-30c dividend becomes only a hypothetical. They will base the buyout on the current stock price and thats why it would be in their interest to move sooner than later. Thats why I'm hoping MNS can hold out a little. But this too poses a danger as another exploration company in time may find a Jumbo flake deposit and thus lower the tonne rate. Lots of variables and if there was a sure way to calculate........well I'd be richbut alas
