Of the 3,571,428 $0.20 Options issued to S&PIs on 16 March 2015 and expiring on 16 Mar 2017:

- 2,857,136 options have been exercised with $571,427 received by the Company.

- 714,292 options remain to be exercised with $142,858 to be received by the Company.

Interesting to note all outstanding options (apart from the $1.00 options issued to GMP Securities and the $0.70 options issued to Grafex) are "in the money" meaning:

- $791,896 to come from the 7,918,955 remaining $0.10 options issued to S&PIs on 7 Jan 2014 and expiring on 31 Dec 2016.

- $1,250,000 to come from the 4,548,763 $0.2748 options issued to LSI on 23 Feb 2015 and expiring on 23 Jan 2018.
