My Net Fone, a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) service provider, is raising $2.5m in an offer that values the company at $9m. A fifth of the money raised will disappear immediately in offer costs, and the rest is to be used to fund operating expenses while the company continues to make losses. The offer closes on 3 May.
