The above is somewhat fanciful but it would be a lot better than a dilutive raise of cash to secure a "foundation" new insto investor.

I hope the company provides opportunities for existing shareholder to maintain their relative holdings via SPP and not always follow the LSI & other crony insto lines for expensive "options +"cash.
