Fair points but i would argue it depends on your time range. In the short term to me it has clearly failed on a double top to break out of 14 and repeats its pattern of then heading down. If you extrapolatr to more of a weekly price mvts chart timeframe the General sp has still continued an up down,up down but generally upwarfs trend following its drop from the 60cps days....

Personally I find it hard to label it a trading range the size of 1/3 of the share price 9-14 cents. That feels like almost calling santos trading range of 7-13 dollars.... Over a long timeframe it will look more like a range but short term wise the trend was downhill from 10 dollars To 7...
