I believe it would be to do with the variography. The ore is literally so nuggety, it will be difficult to model within the JORC guidelines. There will need to be some reconciliation work done which was what I thought the trial mining was about (testing actuals Vs predictions from resource).
The guidelines are just that - guidelines and you do not have to comply but you have to say you don't comply. JORC is very difficult when applied to small, high grade, nuggety deposits.
