re: metal stockpiles continue to decline
Obviously it isn't going to grow at 10.2%, no where in my post do I say it will, do I? But it's going to grow as evidenced by the tight commodity market and to be announced increased iron ore prices - not to mention energy.
The need for commodoties is not going to disappear simply as a result of a 0.3% rise.
I hope this panics the market.
